Food Microbiology and Food Safety Laboratory


Food Microbiology and Food Safety Lab was invested 2 billion thousands VND with total area of 90m2  and  has been starting since 2015. The laboratory  was operated  not only for teaching fundamental subjects of  Food Department but also for all the advanced researches in the field of food microbiology analysis  as well as food sanitation/safety evaluation. All teaching subjects conducted at  Lab 602 include:

  • Food Microbiology
  • Food Microbiology Analysis
  • Enzymes and Food Fermentation
  • Beverage Technology

Furthermore, LA. 602 is also applied for either scientific researches or experiments in thesis of undergraduate and graduate students, moreover,  in scientific projects in on levels.
