Food Technology Laboratory

Food technology laboratory was invested 4,2 billion VND with the area of 91.2m2 and was put into use in 2012. The aim of the lab is to serve practical session of three fundamental subjects:

  • Food analysis
  • Food unit operation 1
  • Food unit operation 2

Besides, it is also used for scientific research purpose. Graduate and post-graduate students can perform the thesis experiment here. In addition, research projects at Government, Ministry and University levels on food quality analysis from fresh materials to finished products, or on controlling and evaluating of food processing can also be conducted here.
